Clermont Farm Bureau awards two scholarships

Clermont County Farm Bureau has awarded two $1,000 scholarships. The recipients are are Serena Spaulding and Emma Uible. Spaulding a 2014 Felicity Franklin High School graduate, is the daughter of Gilbert and Tiffany Spaulding of Felicity.
