Ohio State Highway Patrol Dispatcher Jennifer L. Werring has been chosen as the recipient of the 2024 Ohio State Highway Patrol Telecommunications Award at the Batavia Dispatch Center. This recognition acknowledges her outstanding service as a dispatcher throughout the year.
Dispatcher Werring was selected by her fellow sworn officers and dispatchers for her exceptional technical knowledge, enthusiastic work attitude, strong teamwork skills, and prompt and courteous responses to the public’s requests for information and assistance.
Werring has been a member of the Ohio State Highway Patrol since 2006, serving at both the Batavia, Georgetown, and Wilmington Dispatch Centers during her career.
