A River Village Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 3 p.m. at Cranston Memorial Presbyterian Church at 200 Union Street in New Richmond, Ohio 45157.

Everyone is Welcome!

Featuring the Cincinnatus String Quartet, from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, directed by BoYun Li, and Fermata Nowhere, New Richmond High School’s award-winning a cappella choir, directed by Elizabeth Hanna.

BoYun Li is the founder of the Cincinnatus String Quartet and now serves as the first violinist in the quartet. Cincinnatus String Quartethas won many competitions since it was formed in 2021. The quartet is coached by Kurt Sassmannshaus, Kristin Lee, the Ariel Quartet, and the Julliard String Quartet.

Fermata Nowhere is the contemporary a cappella group at New Richmond High School, which began in 2016 and is directed by Elizabeth (Lizbee) Hannah. The 12 singers rehearse entirely after school, often composing their own arrangements, and are also members of the well-known NRHS Troubadours. They perform throughout the greater Cincinnati area and have been featured at the Kettering National A Cappella Festival.

This special music program at historic Cranston Church is a part of New Richmond’s annual River Village Christmas. The village event includes horse and wagon rides, Santa Paws Pet and Christmas Parade, vendors, village tree lighting, appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus and more! All on Saturday, December 3, in New Richmond!

This afternoon’s program is sponsored by Renaissance New Richmond Inc. a local non-profit organization.

The concert is free to all, with donations to support the work of Cranston Church and future music programs warmly appreciated!
