On July 28, 2009, Plaintiff filed a complaint and Interrogatories in the above named court and cause, representing that on or about August 6, 2007 the Defendant, Ronald G. Sheetz, negligently caused an auto accident striking the vehicle driven by Plaintiff Robert L. Thomas.
As a result of this accident, Plaintiff, Robert L. Thomas, was injured and therefore brought this action for the injury and damages he sustained as a result of the Defendant, Ronald G. Sheetz's, negligence.
Plaintiff demands judgement against the defendant in the amount of $100,000 plus and costs of this action.
The above named defendant is required to answer or otherwise plead within 28 days after the date of the last publication of this notice.
