John Charles Habig, 49, of Withamsville, died Sept. 4, 2006. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Marguerite (nee Neal); and sister, Ann.
Thurman T. Pete King, 97, of Union Township, died Sept. 7, 2006. He was retired from Trail Mobile and a WWII veteran.
Geneva Della Brown, 78, of Milford, died Sept. 4, 2006. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Tanner and Myrtle Rouse.
Ralph W. Lang, 74, of Amelia, died Sept. 6, 2006. He was retired from Allis-Chamber and the Batavia Ford Motor Company. He was also a Korean War veteran and a purple heart recepient.
Ruby “Jo” Chapman, 86, of Bethel, died Sept. 4, 2006. She was born in Glencarin, Ky., on June 17, 1920. Funeral services were held Sept. 8 at the Kennedy-Stevens Funeral Home.
Janice Louise Hayslip, 66, of New Richmond, died Sept. 5, 2006. She was retired from the New Richmond district schools.
Garvey Ray Kaylor, 53, of Felicity, died Sept. 9, 2006. Funeral services were held at Sept. 13 at the Felicity First Baptist Church. Burial followed at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in New Richmond.
Tracy Cora Etienne, 45, of Colerain Township and Milford, died Sept. 5, 2006. She worked in corporate accounting at Jeff Wyler.
Earl Dean Pauley, 71, of Stonelick Township, died Sept. 7, 2006. He was a factory worker at General Motors and served in the U.S. Army.
William F. Gabriel, Sr., 88, of Batavia, died Sept. 10, 2006. He was a farmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Hazel Gabriel.
