Daniel Jack Mays, 62, of Batavia, died Jan. 6, 2006 at Meadow Wood Care Center surrounded by his loving family to be with his Savior. Mays was born Sept. 10, 1943 in Batavia, the son of the late Adna Wayne and Sally Jane May Murphy Mays.
Edward Cecil Lacey Jr., 70, of Loveland, died Jan. 17, 2006. He was born Dec. 1, 1935, the son of the late Nellie and Edward Lacey. He was a Korean War Army veteran. He worked maintenance for Millwright X-Tech.
Corinne Helen Luken, 102, formerly of Bethel, died on Jan. 15, 2006. She is survived by daughters, Mary Ann, Joan, Nancy, Rita, Deborah; sons, Walter, Daniel; brother George; sister Rita; 23 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren.
Gary Thomas, 59 of Bethel, died Jan. 20, 2006. He was born Feb. 26, 1946, the son of the late Darcy and Frankie Thomas. He was preceded in death by a stepson, Max Gastineau.
Oma Lee Smith, 87, of Owensville, died on Jan. 20, 2006. She was preceded in death by husband Herbert Smith, Sr., sister, Marie, grandson, Rodney, great granddaughter Cheyenne, great grand son Alvin.
Dorothy Margaret Moorman, 91, of Milford, died on Jan. 18, 2006. She was preceded in death by parents Francis Xavier Cronin and Margaret Donahue.
Ralph P. Halloran, 86, of Russellville, died on Jan. 22, 2006. He was born on Aug. 24, 1919, the son of the late Daniel Paul and Gertrude (nee Dollman) Halloran. He was a World War II veteran, active in Management Club for Rockwell, and a Scout Master for Troop #185 in Dublin, Ohio.
Lloyd George Jones, 82, of Milford, died Jan. 20, 2006. He was a World War II Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents Lacey Jones and Bessie Ramsey.
