James Russell Miller, 79, of Batavia, died June 22. He was a WWII Army veteran and employed by Ford for 36 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Rosa Cooper Miller.
Allan L. Shumard, 101, of Milford, died June 18. He was the former owner of the Shumard Hardware Store in Milford.
Hazel G. Potts, 91, of Hamersville, died June 12. She was born on August 27, 1914, in Clermont County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Emma Leonard; husband, Deward; and 12 siblings.
Ella Mae Hornsby, 67, of Goshen, died June 23. She was a packer. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Gredig.
Margaret Jeanette Carter, 89, of Union Township, died June 17. She was a homemaker. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur; father, Martin; and mother, Lenora.
Steven Wayne Gregory, 51, of Milford, died on June 16. He loved to fish and was a devoted father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife Joanna.

Cecile R. Myrick, 89, of Amelia, died June 19. She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth; son, Michael; and brothers, John and Frank.
Arnold (Arnie) Rupe, 59, of Wayne Township, died June 18. He was born on March 4, 1947, in Cincinnati. He was a retired field service engineer for Zeta Graphics in Napa Valley, Calif., and a Vietnam War veteran.
