Judy Annette Lewis, 59, of Madeira, died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2009 at her home. She was born Oct. 5, 1949, in Leon, Iowa, the daughter of Albert and Jean Taylor of Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Lewis was a faithful servant of God who was a part of the Georgetown community for the past 13 years. She was employed at Ohio Valley Manor in Ripley and Georgetown Exempted Village Schools. She was preceded in death by her parents.

David Burton, 68, of Cincinnati, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, in Madeira. Mr. Burton was a truck driver. Funeral services were held at noon Thursday, Sept. 3, at Evans Funeral Home.
John C. Erdmann Sr., 71, of Newtonsville, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009, in Batavia Township. Funeral services were held Aug. 28, at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
Patricia Sue Dericks, 58, of Goshen in Stonelick Township, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2009, in Clermont County. Funeral services were held Sept. 2, 2009 at Evans Funeral Home. Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
Barbara Boone Poppenhouse, 87, of Miami Township and formerly of Maderia Indian Hill, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009, in Goshen Township. She had worked as a doctor’s assistant.
Mildred I. Ross, 81, of Mt. Orab, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2009. Funeral services were held Aug. 31, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Interment at Tate Township Cemetery.
Dorothy G. Morton, 77, of Bradenton, Fla., and formerly of Milford, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, in Bradenton, Fla. Mrs. Morton had worked as a secretary in the guidance office of Milford High School.
Charles Allen Ungethuem, 68, of Milford, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009. Mr. Ungethuem was a member of Milford First United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge 54 in Milford.
