Morris L. Snook, 83, of Milford and formerly of Findlay, died Friday, Dec. 18, 2009. Snook served in the U. S. Navy during World War II. Funeral services were held Dec. 22 at First Baptist Church of Glen Este.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Lawrence Snook; five children, Kathleen Johnson, Susan Lauwers, Julie Dick, Craig Snook and Pastor Brent Snook; 13 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one brother, Leland Snook. Kathy M. Shoemaker, 57, of Amelia, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009. She was born May 18, 1952. Funeral services were held Dec. 20 at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Pierce Township Cemetery.

Hilda Kemp, 90

Hilda Mae Yeager Kemp, 90, of Winchester, died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2009. Funeral services were held Dec. 18 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens.

Jane Burt, 65

Jane Burt, 65, of Union Township, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2009. A graveside service was held Dec. 19 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville, Ohio.

Lillie Whicker

Lillie Mae Pittman Whicker, of Goshen, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009. Whicker was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Whicker; one brother, Wymer and three sisters, Jean, Azalea and Darlene. Funeral services were held Dec. 22 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.

Carol L. Long, 74, of Milford, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009. Long was a 1953 graduate of Milford High School. Funeral services were held Dec. 21 at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory in Milford.

Paul Ferro, 52

Paul E. Ferro, 52, of Amelia, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 2009 following a brief illness. Services will be held in Bradford, Penn. in the spring at the convenience of the family.

Dorothy Light, 88

Dorothy L. Light, 88, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009. Funeral services were held Dec. 21 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment at Pierce Township Cemetery.

Rollie Stacy, 89

Rollie Lee Stacy, 89, of Milford, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2009 at the Arbors of Milford. Stacy served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a retired sheet metal worker for Kirkenbloom Manufacturing Company in Cincinnati.
