Donald E. Rawlins, 85, of Union Township, died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2010 in Anderson Township. Mr. Rawlins served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge. Funeral services were held Jan. 30 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford.

Doris J. Clouse Watson, 76, of Union Township, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010 in Union Township. Mrs. Watson was a homemaker. Funeral services were held Jan. 22 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.

Victoria Sickles, 58

Victoria Lynn Sickles, 58, of Batavia and formerly of Milford, died Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010 in Batavia Township. She was a homemaker. Funeral services were held Jan. 29 at St. Andrew Church.

Lon E. Justes Jr., of Milford, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2010. Funeral arrangements are pending.

Catherine Blanchard, 68

Catherine Helen Blanchard, 68, of Batavia, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010 at her residence. Blanchard was a homemaker and attended Blanchester Nazarene Church. Interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

Bill Miller, 76

Bill E. Miller, 76, of Amelia, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2010. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Jan. 30 at St. Bernadette Church in Amelia. Interment at St. Mary Cemetery.

Valma Gillespie, 83

Valma P. Gillespie, 83, of Felicity, died Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010 at Brown County General Hospital. She was a member of Felicity Christian Church. Interment at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford.

Lillie Hill, 96

Lillie Pearl Brooks Hill, 96, died Friday, Jan. 29, 2010. Visitation will be held 10 – 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11 a.m.

Anna Robinson, 78

Anna May Robinson, 78, of Mt. Orab, died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010 in Mt. Orab. Robinson retired from the Brown County school system and served on the Western Brown School Board. She was a member of Mt. Orab Church of Christ.

Doris Whitaker, 85

Doris Handlon Whitaker, 85, of Milford, died Friday, Jan. 22, 2010. Mrs. Whitaker nursed her husband back to health after she was held as a prisoner of war during World War II. She worked for many years as a secretary at Hilton Davis Chemical Company.
