Earl W. Kahrs, 65, of Milford, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, in Anderson Township. Mr. Kahrs had worked as a resin mixer/packer for Cincinnati Milacron. Funeral services were held March 22, at Evans Funeral Home.

James Jennings, 75

James Douglas Jennings, 75, of Union Township, died Friday, March 20, 2009, in Amelia. Mr. Jennings served in the U.S. Air Force as an Airman First Class during the Korean War. He was self-employed in the building trades.

Molly G. O’Connor, 91, of Milford, died Sunday, March 15, 2009, in Loveland. Mrs. O’Connor worked as a secretary in the Milford Shopping Center. Funeral services were held March 21, at Evans Funeral Home, in Milford.

Carmella Falcigno, 88

Carmella Falcigno, 88, of Milford, died Thursday, March 19, 2009, in Milford. Mrs. Falcigno had worked in the banking industry as a bookkeeper. Interment at St. Lawrence Cemetery, in New Haven, Conn.

Carolyn Carter, 39

Carolyn Mary Carter, 39, of Milford, died Friday, March 20, 2009, in Cincinnati. She worked as a client services representative. Funeral services were held March 23, at St. Andrew Church.

Edward Neal, 84

Edward A. Neal, 84, of New Richmond, died Monday, March 23, 2009, at Anderson Mercy Hospital. Mr. Neal served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He was a retired from Mac Tool.

Evelyn Schaefer, 85

Evelyn Schaefer, 85, of Mt. Carmel, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, in Anderson Township. Mrs. Schaefer had worked as a clerk for the Clermont County Water Systems. Funeral services were held March 13, at Evans Funeral Home.

Willard Kemper, 82

Willard C. “Bill” Kemper, 82, of Batavia, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and received the Korean Service Medal, two Bronze Stars, the United Nations Service Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge. He worked at Ford Motor Company.
