Krystal Delaney, 18, of Felicity, died May 22, 2008. She was a senior at the Felicity High School. Funeral services were held May 27 at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Burial followed at the Tate Township Cemetery.
Kenneth L. Higginbotham, 78, of Union Township, died May 21, 2008. Funeral services were held May 24 at the Calvin Presbyterian Church. The E.C. Nurre Funeral Home is serving the needs of the family.
Mary Ann Howell, 75, of Milford, died May 22, 2008. She was head of the order department at Didier Taylor Refractories. Funeral services were held May 27 at the St. Andrew Church. Burial followed at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Montgomery.
Alan Scott Swearingen, 39, of New Richmond, died May 20, 2008. He was a carpenter/painter. Funeral services were held May 28 at the Owensville United Methodist Church. Burial followed at the Plainview Cemetery.
Jill G. Allen, 46, of Loveland, died May 18, 2008. Funeral services were held May 24 at the Tufts Schildmeyer Family Funeral Home in Goshen.
Eric Matthew Tunks, 26, of Mt, Orab, died May 20, 2008. He was born on June 2, 1981 in Hamilton County. Funeral services were held May 23 at the Megie Funeral Home. Burial followed at the Five Mile Cemetery.
Amelia resident Linda Moorehead passed away on May 24, 2008. Moorehead, 64, was a typist at The Clermont Sun Publishing Group when the company was purchased by Bill and Mary Pat Latham in 1971. “We soon realized that she was an extremely fast and accurate worker and could be relied on to produce error free legal advertisements and news stories,” Bill Latham recalls.
Reverend Ruby Cleo Blanchard, 92, of Milford, died May 19, 2008. She was the reverend of the Milford Church of the Nazarene. Funeral services were held May 23 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford.
Ronald Lee Cross, 51, of Russellville, died May 14, 2008. He was born on Sept. 10, 1956. Graveside funeral services were held May 19 at the Odd Fellow Cemetery in Amelia.
