Carolyn Mary Carter, 39, of Milford, died Friday, March 20, 2009, in Cincinnati. She worked as a client services representative. Funeral services were held March 23, at St. Andrew Church.

Edward Neal, 84

Edward A. Neal, 84, of New Richmond, died Monday, March 23, 2009, at Anderson Mercy Hospital. Mr. Neal served in the U. S. Army during World War II. He was a retired from Mac Tool.

Evelyn Schaefer, 85

Evelyn Schaefer, 85, of Mt. Carmel, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, in Anderson Township. Mrs. Schaefer had worked as a clerk for the Clermont County Water Systems. Funeral services were held March 13, at Evans Funeral Home.

Willard Kemper, 82

Willard C. “Bill” Kemper, 82, of Batavia, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War and received the Korean Service Medal, two Bronze Stars, the United Nations Service Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge. He worked at Ford Motor Company.

David Stultz, 77

David Earl Stultz, 77, of Union Township, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009, in Union Township. Mr. Stultz worked as a master machinist for Proctor and Gamble. Funeral services were held March 13, at St. Veronica Church.

Florence Helen Johnson, 79, of Goshen, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in Montgomery. Mrs. Johnson had worked as a clerk for the Goshen Schools Busing Service. Funeral services were held March 14, at Evans Funeral Home.

Paul K. Stevens, 69, died Monday, March 16, 2009. Visitation will be held 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, March 23, with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m., at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, in New Richmond. Interment at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.

Joseph Kemp Jr., 93

Joseph C. Kemp Jr., 93, formerly of Goshen, died Wednesday, March 11, 2009, in Anderson Township. Mr. Kemp served as a TEC 4 in the U.S. Army during World War II. He also owned his own painting business. Funeral services were held March 16, at Evans Funeral Home.
