Charles Allen Ungethuem, 68, of Milford, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009. Mr. Ungethuem was a member of Milford First United Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge 54 in Milford.
Thomas Earl Sefton, 88, of Milford, died Saturday, Aug. 22, 2009, in Anderson Township. Mr. Sefton had worked as an engineer for the railroad. He was a member of the Scottish Rite and the Shriners.
Douglas Paul Hickman, 48, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009. He was born March 12, 1961, in Cincinnati, the son of Willis Grant Sr. and Betty Jean Hickman. Funeral services were held Aug. 24, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel.
Herbert Thomas Beatty, 74, of Milford, in Miami Township, died Monday, Aug. 17, 2009, in Montgomery. Funeral services were held Aug. 21, at Evans Funeral Home. Interement at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford.
Kelly R. Houstin, 45, of Goshen, died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, in Blue Ash. Funeral services were held Aug. 25, at Goshen United Methodist Church. Interment at Goshen Cemetery.
Alice G. Mills, 93, of Blanchester, formerly of Hamersville, died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009. Funeral services were held Aug. 21 at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Interment at Buford Cemetery.
Janice G. McAfee, 61, of Williamsburg, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009. Visitation will be held 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at E. C. Nurre Funeral Home in Bethel. Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. following the visitation.
Jerry Lee Bibb Jr., 36, of Goshen, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2009, in Loveland. Mr. Bibb worked in manufacturing as a plexiglass coater. Funeral services were held Aug. 21, at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.
Helen Lois Brown Dale, 91, of Milford, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009, at her residence. Dale was the founder of Clermont Senior Services in 1969. She served as the director for 22 years. She was an avid reader, writer, leader, teacher, friend and family matriarch. A private burial is planned at Greenlawn Cemetery in Milford. A public memorial celebration will be held 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at The Friendship Center, 2085 James Sauls Drive, in Batavia.
Howard Stokely Jackson, 87, of Stonelick Township, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, in Batavia Township. Mr. Jackson served as a corporal with the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II. He worked as a production worker for Ford Motor Company.
