Milton Wittmeyer, 93, of Goshen, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009 in Union Township. Mr. Wittmeyer had worked as a stock keeper for Cincinnati Gas and Electric. Funeral services were held Nov. 4 at Mulberry Wesleyan Church.

Arville Lee Alcorn, 67, died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009. Visitation will be held from 1 – 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6 at Norman Chapel located at Spring Grove Cemetery with funeral services to follow.

Walter Ward, 75

Walter E. Ward, 75, of Batavia, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009. He was born Jan. 22, 1934. Mr. Ward was a U.S. Army veteran and a retiree from Ford Motor Company.

Denise Ann Waits, 36, died Monday, Oct. 26, 2009. She was born Aug. 23, 1973, the daughter of Marsha and Dennis Waits. Funeral services were held Nov. 2, at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in New Richmond.

Thomas Engled, 73

Thomas James Engled, 73, of Goshen and Milford, died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 in Blue Ash. Mr. Engled served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He worked as a truck driver for Smith Transfer and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1095.
