The annual event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at and around 1551 state Route 232.

Later that day, Raiders on the Ohio will host an event in the village of New Richmond to share and listen to stories about General John Hunt Morgan’s Civil War raid through Ohio in July 1863.

The event will be held at Cranston Memorial Presbyterian Church, located at 200 Union St.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the program starts at 6:30 p.m.

The event will feature presentations by James Ramage, Civil War and Morgan historian, Sam Waters, professional relic recoverist and founder of Civil War Preservation Project of Ohio, and music by Raison D’Etre.

Refreshments, door prizes and a silent auction are also on tap.

“The Civil War has a very significant meaning to this area because of its being the borderland,” Greg Roberts, New Richmond village administrator, said.

Historical New Richmond, Inc. is presenting both events.
