It presents a whole new set of challenges for employers in every industry, employees of all ages and managers at every level. This is the shift that demographers and workforce planners have been anticipating for decades.

This turning point prompted the Clermont Chamber of Commerce to reach out to Bruce Tulgan, founder and CEO of Rainmaker Thinking and invite him to return the our region to visit with the business community and provide an update on their latest research on this transformation.
