Harold Dean Brown, 65 years, of Winchester, Ohio passed away on December 17, 2016 at the Ohio Veterans Home in Georgetown, Ohio.

He was born in Owensville Ohio the son of the late Bertha (Kidd) (Brown) Buchanan and Arthur Allen Brown on May 28, 1951. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Ann (Bradley) Brown of Winchester, OH and his Brother Norman Brown of Milford, OH. He is also survived by his daughter, Juanita Brown of Batavia and his son Richard Brown of Winchester, one brother Robert Brown of Williamsburg, two sisters, Lois A. Folk of Scottsdale, AZ and Carol Ellis of Gray Court, SC. and two granddaughters, Miley Brown Gumbert & Emily Brown Gumbert.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at 11:00am at Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester, OH with Rev. Keith Bourne officiating. Graveside services will follow at Fincastle Cemetery. Visitation was the evening prior on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm also at the Bradford-Sullivan Chapel in Winchester, Ohio.

Harold Brown graduated from Clermont Northeastern High School in 1969 in Clermont County, Ohio and Southern State College in Brown County, Ohio. Harold served with the Unites States Army in South Korea during the Vietnam War. Harold worked for Dayton Power & Light at the Aberdeen Power Plant as a lab technician for 20 plus years.
