Three men were indicted by the Grand Jury of the Court of Common Pleas on Nov. 17 for a Nov. 11 incident.

Danny Hudson, Jr., Chad Lang and Kahlil Andrews were each indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, one count of robbery, a second-degree felony, one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony and one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

Hudson, Lang and Andrews, while committing a theft, had a deadly weapon and either caused or tried to cause harm to someone. They also kidnapped a victim with the intent to use the victim to help them escape, according to the indictment.

All three were arrested and are at the Clermont County Jail with a $150,000 bond each. Lang pleaded not guilty and will go to pre-trial with Judge Thomas Herman on Dec. 1. Hudson and Andrews did not have a pre-trial date as of Nov. 21.
