The Grand Jury of the Court of Common Pleas indicted for crimes that included grand theft, burglary and sexual battery on Sept. 20.

Brian Coshnitzke, Jr., 26 of Florence, Kentucky, was indicted for one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth degree felony, and one count of grand theft, a third degree felony.

On Aug. 12, 2016, Coshnitzke allegedly stole a motor vehicle and a firearm or dangerous ordinance, according to his indictment.

William French, III, 39 of Bluffton, South Carolina, was indicted on one count of grand theft, a third degree felony.

He allegedly took a firearm or dangerous ordinance without the owner’s consent on Sept. 2, 2016, according to his indictment.

Shannon Krusling, 26 of Union Township, was indicted on one count of endangering children, a third degree felony.

She allegedly used cocaine and her child, under 2 years of age, ingested the cocaine. When the child was taken to hospital, staff found the child tested positive for cocaine, so the child was medically treated, said Assistant Prosecutor Scott O’Reilly.

Krusling could receive up to 36 months in jail if convicted. The child is no longer in her care.

Once Krusling is brought to jail, he will have an arraignment, then a pre-trial and then a plea or a trial setting, O’Reilly said.

Jonathon Shoemake, 28 who currently resides in the Wayne County Detention Center, was indicted for one count of burglary, a second-degree felony, one count of grand theft, a third degree felony, and one count of safecracking, a fourth degree felony.

On Aug. 23 to Aug. 24, 2012, Shoemake allegedly trespassed into an occupied structure, or a occupied portion of a structure, where someone other than an accomplice of Shoemake lived with the intention a criminal offense, according to his indictment.

He allegedly stole a firearm or dangerous ordinance and forced entry into or tampered with a vault, safe or strongbox, the indictment states.

Thomas Wiltsie, 36 of Milford, was indicted on five counts of sexual battery, a third degree felony which carries up to five years in prison per count, and one count of illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a second degree felony which carries up to eight years in prison, O’Reilly said.

The charges are a result of an ongoing, relatively recent sexual relationship Wiltsie allegedly had with his step-child or adopted child who was over the age of 13 but younger than 18. The sexual battery activities began some time ago but the sexual activity took place recently, O’Reilly said.

Once Wiltsie is brought to jail, he will have an arraignment, then a pre-trial and then a plea or a trial setting.
