Three adults were indicted for aggravated robbery after a May 9 incident in Miami Township.

Atlanta Sellers, 18 of Milford, Donald Ayers, 18 of Norwood, and Marquess Foggie, 18 of Cincinnati, along with two male juveniles and one female juvenile robbed a Pebble Brooke apartment.

Marquess Foggie
The two females allegedly texted the males to come to the apartment. The juvenile female is a resident of the apartment with her parents. Once there, the four males allegedly jumped two adult male victims and punched and kicked them. They also held a gun on the victims. There were no serious injuries, said Clermont County Prosecutor Vince Faris.

The victims made it out of the apartment and called the police, who arrived to find that all six were still in the apartment with the money, gold chain and phones they stole. The gun was found in the ceiling, Faris said.

Atlanta Sellers
Sellers, Ayers and Foggie have each been indicted with two counts of aggravated robbery, a first degree felony. The three juveniles have been charged in juvenile court but cannot be indicted until after they go through a preliminary process and the judge binds them over to be tried as adults, Faris said.
