Greater Cincinnati’s newest Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers opened at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, at 907 State Route 28, across from the Delco Plaza Shopping Center. This is the second location in Greater Cincinnati for the Kansas-based chain, which now has 196 restaurants system wide. Freddy’s made its area debut here last October at the corner of Ohio Pike and Waterford Parkway in Amelia.

“Freddy’s is a fast-casual restaurant concept and we place an emphasis on quality family time,” said Matt Saunders, head of development for PSP Foods, LLC, a franchise operator of Freddy’s. “Guests of all ages enjoy our range of menu options, including thinly-pressed, lean ground beef steakburgers, Vienna Beef hot dogs and crispy shoestring fries. A variety of fresh toppings and condiments are available so our guests can customize a meal exactly to their liking.”

The newly-remodeled, 2,600 square-foot, franchise location seats 78 guests, with additional seating on the patio. Drive-thru service is also available.

Restaurant hours are Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. In addition to its main menu options, Freddy’s offers an assortment of dessert treats prepared with a choice of chocolate or vanilla frozen custard, freshly-churned throughout each day.

Additional Cincinnati growth for Freddy’s is currently underway. The chain recently began construction at 3911 Red Bank Rd., near Walmart. A Freddy’s is also under construction at 9301 Winton Rd. Both locations are on track to open by early summer.
