Culvert replacement requires closing state Route 222 north of state Route 125 for just under two weeks.
Beginning at 7 a.m. Monday, March 28, state Route 222 will be closed between state Route 132 and state Route 125. The route will reopen at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Friday, April 1.
Northbound state Route 222 traffic will be detoured to west on state Route 125 to north on state Route 132; southbound state Route 222 traffic will use the reverse detour.
Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place prior to the work zone to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
