Registration is now open for Council on Aging’s 30th Annual Forum on Aging and Annual Meeting & Awards, presented by Interim HomeStyle of Greater Cincinnati, Inc.

Scheduled for March 8-9 at the Sharonville Convention Center, Forum on Aging is our region’s premiere conference for professionals who work with older adults and people with disabilities. Register at www.help4seniors.org. Registration deadline is March 1.

Networking: More than 600 nurses, social workers, nursing home administrators, and other professionals attend Forum each year. The conference offers 30+ exhibitors to visit and learn about the latest technology and resources. Your colleagues are here – you should be, too!

Learning: Designed to help today’s professionals learn, refine their skills, and earn education units, Forum lets you choose from 19 sessions over two days, including intensive workshops, panel discussions, and nationally-respected keynotes. All that learning adds up to 12 continuing education units (CEUs).

Inspiration: With speakers who offer insights inspired by an array of characters from superheroes to comedians to feminists and activists, Forum brings you a two-day break from the daily routine. We know you come to learn and network, but you might also be surprised to find yourself laughing – or even crying!

Council on Aging’s Annual Meeting and Awards

In additional to the conference, Council on Aging’s Annual Meeting and Awards luncheon will take place on March 9. Cost is $25 for the annual meeting only, which includes lunch, highlights from the 2015 annual report, an awards ceremony and keynote speaker, Dr. Mark Holder. Registration and payment will take place exclusively online. To begin, visit the Forum on Aging page on COA’s website. Review the keynote and workshop information and decide which day(s) and activities you wish to attend. Then, use the registration link on the Forum page to begin the registration process. Please complete the registration form in its entirety. The registration deadline is March 1.
