Brother of the late Larry McMillin. Doug was a resident of New Richmond, Ohio and passed away Friday October 30, 2015 at the age of 83. Visitation was from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Wednesday November 4, 2015 at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 200 Western Ave. New Richmond, Ohio. Funeral services were Wednesday 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
