Work to accommodate culvert work will require closure of state Route 133 beginning next week.

The first closure of SR 133 will be located at its intersection with Aber Road beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1 and continuing through 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4.

Beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, SR 133 at its intersection with Jackson Road will be closed through 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11.

For both closures, the detour route for northbound SR 133 is north on SR 276 to east on US 50 with southbound SR 133 traffic using the detour in reverse.

Arrow boards and/or signs will be in place to alert motorists of the upcoming road closure.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
