Andrew Thomas Whaley, 32, died July 27.
He is survived by child Temperance Whaley, step-sons Nash and Bryant Parks, parents James Whaley and Lori (Doug) Planck, grandparents Deitra Shivner and James and Barbara Hayes, siblings James (Angel) Whaley Jr. and Douglas (Lauren) Planck and other family.
Whaley was preceded in death by grandparents Ruby Bond and Thomas (Eileen) Whaley.
Visitation and services were August 4 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
