He is survived by wife Gale (nee Holland), children Tina (Craig) Smucker and Mark (Tina) Allen, grandchildren Chad Smucker, Lindsey Smucker, Taylor Smucker and Taryn Smucker, Ashlee Allen, Breanna Allen and Jackson Allen, great-grandchildren Holli Smucker, Brooklynn Hensley and Cole Nipper, siblings Wanda Liebtag, Charlotte (John) Voelker, brother-in-law of Darrell Fields, sisters-in-law Patty (Granville) Thurman and Judy (Ronnie) Bruce and numerous nieces and nephews.
Allen was preceded in death by siblings James Allen, Ray Allen, Bob Allen, Gene Allen and Kenneth Allen, Helen Bowling and Edna McDaniel and parents John Allen and Zelma (nee Masters) Gabbard.
