Patricia Fraley, CPA, is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a major in accounting and is a former board member of the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, leading the Small Business Awards program. In addition to working in public accounting, she has taught secondary education at Great Oaks Vocational School, teaching both Accounting and Computer Science, and later became the administrator of the GE Training Labs before joining with Kathy McConnell to found CTTS.
Kathy McConnell, graduate of BGSU in Business Education, is a former teacher at Great Oaks Vocational School. She and Patti were chosen to originate the first GE Training Center. She is very active in the West Chester community, has served on the Board of Directors of Reach Out Lakota and began a Grief Support Group for the community more than 20 years ago. The combination of backgrounds was a perfect match for the Computer Services business that Patti and Kathy started in 1985.
For 29 years, they have provided training, web products and technical services nationwide. Their business has empowered them to serve many charitable organizations in the US and foreign countries through technical service donations as well as providing training and jobs.
The staff of this Women-owned business has grown from the founding partners to 120 employees. Their story is inspiring and amazing.
