Donna Collins, 68, of Union Township, died June 8.
She is survived by husband Norman Collins, Sr., children Norman Collins, Jr., Greg Collins and Karen Oetzel, siblings Jerry Holmes and Roger Holmes, eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brother Bobby Holmes.
Services were June 13 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Interment in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
