Verda E. Thomas (nee Long), 94, of Amelia and Moscow, died April 16.
She is survived by son Larry (Wanda) Thomas, brother Eugene (Shirley) Long, grandchildren Lisa (Terry) Holland, Lora (Tom) Westfall, Beth (Keith) King, LuAnn (Ed) Mays, Greg (Tina) Wright, Chris (Bobbi) Wright and Kacy (Josh) Marks, great-grandchildren Ashley, Kaela, Jason, Bryan, Brandon, Robbie, Rebecca, Noah, Damian, Jacob, Hawke, Alex and Patrick, great-great-grandchildren Kadyn, Kaleb, Jacob, Kylie and Hunter and other family members including Lou and Belinda Wright, Jim Orr, Jimmy Wright, Paul and Margie Long and many other niece and nephews.
Thomas was preceded in death by husband Paul, children Elma, Carl, Connie and Shirley and brothers Lester, Johnny, Don and Roger.
Visitation 11 a.m. April 20 until services begin at 1 p.m. at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia. Memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati-East Inpatient Care Center.
