Dale Lewis, 67, of Union Township, died April 14.
He is survived by wife Fran, daughter Kathryn (Angeline) Lewis and nephew Daren Essa.
He was preceded in death by parents Dale and Huberta Lewis.
Visitation 2-4 p.m. at the E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia on April 19. Services 10 a.m. April 20 at Thomas More Church, 800 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati.
