The Cincinnati Horticultural Society announced that it has secured several key celebrity and sponsor commitments for the upcoming April event at Yeatman’s Cove.

According to JW Fleckenstein, Cincinnati Flower Show Director, the show has secured the participation of several notable industry celebrities including the renowned P. Allen Smith, Jack Barnwell and Jon Carloftis. An exciting new addition to the celebrity line-up this year is Food Network celebrity chef Rob Rainford, who will be hosting an outdoor garden grilling session.

Fleckenstein commented, “This year’s event is shaping up to be better than ever. We have had such a great response from both celebrities and sponsors and are looking forward to hosting the Flower Show at our new location at Yeatman’s Cove along the Ohio River.” Fleckenstein hopes that this year’s show will attract a much broader audience from both downtown and surrounding communities.

This year’s Presenting Sponsors are The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation and Proven Winners. The two main Horticultural Sponsors are Western & Southern Financial Group and the Walter and Olivia Kiebach Charitable Foundation Trust. Additional sponsors include Mrs. Edyth Lindner, The Big Idea Group, Subaru and WOW Window Boxes (Hosting Sponsors), Cincinnati Parks and Interiors by Kurtinitis (Supporting Sponsors) and AAA, Art’s Tool Rental, Bobcat Enterprises, Miracle Gro, Paula Norton Photography, The Schueler Group of Companies, Tiffany & Co. and Kroger (Sustaining Sponsors).
