U.S. Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Jacob S. Willenbrink, Air Force Airman Joshua D. Steele, Air Force Airman Kendal H. Young & Air Force Airman Joshua E. Marsh graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Willenbrink earned distinction as an honor graduate.

He is the son of Steve B. and Theresa A. Willenbrink of Amelia, Ohio., and nephew of Kathy and Bruce Call of Fairborn, Ohio, Leslie and William Willenbrink of Anchorage, Alaska, and Karen and Jason Willenbrink-Johnson of Seatle, Wash.

The airman is a 2012 graduate of Archbishop McNicholas High School, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Steele is the son of Kevin and Pam Steele of Goshen, Ohio. He is also the brother of Brandon Steele of Goshen, Ohio and Brent Steele of Westampton, N.J.

He is a 2014 graduate of Goshen High School, Goshen, Ohio.

Young is the son of Troy M. and Bethany D. Young of Bethel, Ohio.

He is a 2013 graduate of Williamsburg High School, Williamsburg, Ohio.

Marsh is the son of Audrey F. Marsh of Cincinnati, Ohio, step-son of Lou Codispotti of Batavia, Ohio, and brother of Misty Glass of Blue Ash, Ohio.

He is a 2011 graduate of Glen Este High School, Cincinnati, Ohio.
