Major League Baseball and The Color Run are joining together to host The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K presented by Nike on Saturday, July 11 in downtown Cincinnati.

This will be the second joint event conducted by the two groups and is sure to provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans.

Participants of all ages will make their way through an All-Star themed course that will feature appearances by MLB legends, mascots and other special guests.

The event is a five-kilometer, un-timed race in which participants are doused in different colored powder at each kilometer. Following the event, the Finish Festival including music, giveaways and contests will take place in Sawyer Point Park.

The paint race, which is open to participants of all ages, is an entertainment experience for the whole family.

The starting line will open at 9:00 am ET with additional waves beginning every few minutes. All registered participants will receive a limited edition Shine Tour Participant Kit, including: custom race t-shirt, gold finisher’s medal, tattoos, headband and powder packets. Fans who sign up by February 28 will receive a special VIP price of $29.50 if signing up as part of a team of four or more.

Thousands of fans are expected to participate in this unique fun run and festival. Space is limited so participants of all ages are encouraged to sign up early.
