Faye M. Cook (nee Douglas), 84, of Mt. Orab, died Feb. 5.
She is survived by children E.J. (Debbie), Rene Love, Bobby (Sheila), Fred, Garry (Denise), Danny and Debbie (Mike) Harrison, 28 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and brother Charles Douglas.
Cook was preceded in death by husband Clarence, daughter Lorie and siblings Della Douglas, Ina Cheatham, Emily Seymour, Bobby Douglas and James Douglas.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Feb. 8 at Bethel Pentecostal Church. Services 11 a.m. Feb. 9 at the church. Memorials to the church.
