Stanley Robroy “Robin” Jordan, 81, of Fayetteville, died Jan. 3.

Jordan served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked General Electric Company before and after his time in the service and until he retired. He was especially devoted to his son, Jimmy.

He is survived by children John, Elaine (Dewey) Courtright, Cindy (Ted) Wiesman, grandchildren Christopher (Johanne) Courtright, Kathryn (Isaac) Weiner and Sean Courtright, great-grandchildren Kirby and Dominic Courtright and Carrie and Tessa Weiner, siblings Shirley (Bill) Striblen and Mary James, sister-in-law Lydia Jordan and many nieces and nephews.

Jordan was preceded in death by parents Clarence and Carrie, son Jimmy, siblings George Binkley, Phyllis Dean, Jim Jordan, Dick Jordan and Sid Jordan, sisters-in-law Eloise Binkley and Florence Jordan and brothers-in-law Harold Dean, Bob Dean and Joe James.

Visitation 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9 until services begin at noon, with a Masonic service at 11:30 a.m., at Craver-Riggs Funeral Home and Crematory in Milford.
