Mercy Health – Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, invites you to show off your progress on those New Year’s fitness resolutions and support a great cause by registering to participate in the HealthPlex’s first Indoor Triathlon.
The Indoor Triathlon starts at 9 a.m. on Sunday, January 25 at the Mercy Health – Anderson HealthPlex, located at 7495 State Road, just off Five Mile Road, in Cincinnati, ZIP 45255. Depending on the number of participants, the HealthPlex may offer staggered start times.
The Indoor Triathlon features a 10-minute swim, 30-minute cycle and 20-minute run. No matter how you place, you’ll enjoy a great workout while helping support 1.6 million Americans with Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis.
Cost is $45 for members, $65 for non-members. The registration fees include a t-shirt and swim cap for each participant. All proceeds from the event support the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). CCFA is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
