Bently Hoaglin, an infant, passed away Nov. 21.
Hoaglin is survived by his parents Richard Dean Hoaglin II and Stephanie Anne Sherman, grandparents Robert and Tassie Sherman, Regina Bloaemker and Richard Hoaglin.
Graveside service 11 a.m. Dec. 2 at Tate Township Cemetery.
