Elizabeth Jane Hanselman, 90, of Georgetown, died Nov. 12 at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia.

Hanselman was nurse for the late Dr. Donald Dormer, a telephone operator for GTE, and former owner and manager of Danny’s Carry Out in Georgetown. She was a member of Georgetown Church of Christ and the Carey Bavis American Legion Post 180 and was a volunteer at former Brown County General Hospital.

She is survived by her daughters Karen (John) McElroy, Kathy (Rick) Ernst and Jane Hanselman, grandchildren Brian (Kara) Ernst and Stephanie (Eric) Fowler and great-grandchildren Austin, Tanner and Addison Fowler and Isaiah and Kate Ernst and sisters-in-law Betty Loudon and Helen Hanselman and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Earl and Mary Louella Myers, husband Robert Hanselman in 1980, son Michael Hanselman and brother Robert Myers.

Visitation noon until 1 p.m. services at Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown. Interment at Decatur Cemetery. Memorials to donor’s choice.
