Amy Tobin, Creative and Culinary Director of the Event Center at the New Riff Distillery in Northern Kentucky will be the guest chef at an upcoming cooking class at Living Spaces Custom Designs.

The class will be held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Living Spaces Design studio at 350 East Main Street in Batavia. Chef Tobin’s menu for the evening, “Thanksgiving Sides” will include Greens, Sweet potato, Bacon and Brie salad with Maple Vinaigrette and Corn Bread Croutons, Gruyere Potatoes Byron, Zinberry Sauce, Savory Sausage, Squash and Sage Stuffing, and Spicy Pumpkin Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream and Pecan “Acorns.”
