Disney Institute is bringing its renowned professional development course, Building a Culture of Healthcare Excellence, to UC Clermont College on Friday, Oct. 24.

This training is being so-sponsored by Mercy Health and UC Clermont College. The full-day event will inspire area professionals to create a business culture that fosters employee engagement and trust, which can lead to better patient service and financial results. The community is invited to participate in this special opportunity.

Building a Culture of Healthcare Excellence program will inspire participants to benchmark the five most powerful Disney philosophies – leadership, quality service, selection, training and engagement, loyalty and innovation–and apply them to the healthcare industry.

Participants will learn how to transform patient and employee relationships, consistently exceed expectations and develop a continued competitive edge.

“This is a unique opportunity for health care professionals and student health-care majors to gain insights on the Disney customer service model. We are thankful to our co-sponsor Mercy Health and to our marketing participant HealthSource of Ohio for helping us bring this to our region,” said UC Clermont Development Director Dana Parker.

Registration for the Oct. 24 event is $150 and includes all course materials as well as continental breakfast and lunch – provided by Everything Bagels. UC Clermont College students are encouraged to participate with a special student rate of $25.
