Thomas Baker, 55, of Tate Township, died Sept. 24.
He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Baker is survived by his children Scott Allen (Debra Stacey) Baker and Megan Melissa (Bryan McCann) Baker, grandchild Jayson Liem Setyawan, father Thomas Baker Sr., siblings Amanda (Dan) Barker, Melissa (Russ) Ruehlman and Alex (Amy) Baker and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sherry Sue Baker.
