The LifeStream Christian Church, in cooperation with Crossroads Missions, is hosting the construction of a three bedroom home for the Cincinnati Habitat for Humanity at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25.

The walls of the house will be built in the LifeStream parking lot, and once built, will be shipped to the construction site in the Cincinnati area.

LifeStream hopes to make the building of this house an area wide event and invites everyone, young and old, to share in a day of fun and ministry.

There will be activities of all kinds, lunch will be provided and even the youngsters will have opportunity to help drive a nail or two. At the end of the day everyone will know they did something important by helping provide a new beginning for a family that needs a hand up.

LifeStream is responsible for purchasing the building material which, depending on the prices at the end of October, will be approximately $6,500.

Donations to help cover the costs are welcome and much appreciated. They can be sent to LifeStream Christian Church, 2170 Old State Route 32, Batavia Ohio, 45103.
