Jamie Nicole Townley, 35, of Union Township, died Sept. 20.
Townley is survived by her husband Adam Townley, children Ava and Ella Townley, parents Clifford and Sharon Greatorex, siblings Chris Creatorex and Heather Caudill and numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation 5-8 Sept. 23 and services 11 a.m. Sept. 24 at Faith Church in Milford. Interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Memorials to the Crush Cancer Fund.
