Leo Alexander Chambers, 7 months old, of New Richmond, died Sept. 11.
Chambers is survived by his parents Erin Werner and Wesley Chambers, sister Grace Chambers, grandparents Mary and Joseph Werner and Shirley Leopold and Butch Chambers, aunt and uncles Ryan Werner, Theresa Smith and Greg Chambers.
Leo received tremendous love and support from “Leo’s Angels” his nurses, doctors, extended family and friends, for which Erin and Wesley are forever grateful.
Visitation 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. services Sept. 16 at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in New Richmond. Interment at St. Peter Cemetery. Memorials to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital “Child Life” Program.
