Betty Ann Boothby, 72, of Fairfield, died Aug. 22 at Hospice of Cincinnati in Hamilton.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading books.
She was born April 16, 1942 in Fairfield.
She is survived by her daughters Terri (Roy) Sutton, Rhonda (Brian) Howard and Sandy (Mark Huffman) Lopez granddaughter Traci (Justin) Stouffer, brother Robert Miller and brothers-in-law Carol (Marcia) Boothby, Allen (Donna) Boothby and sister-in-law Mary Jo Hall and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry Miller and Grace Retzler and her husband E. Roger Boothby and brothers Jim and Stephen Miller.
Visitation noon until 2 p.m. service Aug. 28 at Cahall Funeral Home in Mt. Orab. Joe Strunk will officiate. Interment at Mt. Orab Cemetery. Memorials to Hospice of Hamilton, 1010 Eaton Ave., Hamilton, OH 45013.
