Thirteen students in Clermont County have earned a position on the honor roll at ECOT, Ohio’s first and largest K-12 online public school.

Those students are as follows: Naomi Caseltine, Charles Deighton, Shelby Dixon, Quinn Kidwell, Jadon Laub, Tristen Luneack, Kamree Nally, Jared Scholl, Tyler Scholl, Noah Siekbert, Cheyenne Sinclair, Shawnee Sinclair and James Stephens.

ECOT, or Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow, serves over 15,000 students in Ohio who study at home and attend classes online under the direction of state-certified teachers.

Students must achieve all As and Bs in their core classes to be placed on the honor roll.

“We take great pride in our students’ accomplishments and would like to recognize those who have achieved outstanding grades in our classrooms,” Superintendent Rick Teeters said. “We are impressed with their hard work and hope to see their commitment to their studies continue in the future.”

ECOT provides a tuition-free, fully accredited public school option for any Ohio resident between the ages of five and 21. More information can be found at www.ecotohio.org.
