Notice is hereby given that, on June 26, 2014, the Union Township Board of Trustees, Clermont County, Ohio, adopted Resolution No.2014-12 declaring the existence of unsafe structures and further declaring the intent of the Board to cause removal of said structures at the following location pursuant to Section 505.86 of the Ohio Revised Code referenced by Address and Auditor’s Parcel ID # (PIN): 5151 Beechwood Road, Cincinnati, OH 45244 / 393110D024. The owners of record are hereby notified that the removal of the unsafe structures by the Board of Trustees from these properties will occur no sooner than July 29, 2014.
