Terry Keith Hammonds, 40, of Mt. Orab, died June 25.
Hammonds loved music and guitar.
She is survived by her children Cassidy Campbell, Terry Keith Campbell Jr., and Liberty Tucker, father Earl Campbell Sr., siblings Harold Dean (Mary) Campbell, Brenda Kay Store, Earl (Rebecca), Melvin Ray (Paula), and Ricky (Jackie) Campbell, Jeffrey S. (Tamara) Carpenter and Gregory Campbell, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Shelva Jean Campbell.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. July 2 and services 11 a.m. July 3 at Megie Funeral Home in Mt. Orab. Interment at Mt. Orab Cemetery.
